Welcome Center: Das Besucherzentrum / The Visitor Center

Der Bau des Besucherzentrums wurde ermöglicht durch die großzügige ($500.000 !) Spende eines Farmerehepaars. Man kann ihr Bild im Besucherzentrum bewundern - komplett mit Latzhose und John-Deere-Mütze! Building the Welcome Center was made possible by the generous donation of an old couple, who were farmers in the area.

Angel Canyon

Kanab Canyon, oder, wie er jetzt genannt wird, Angel Canyon. Die größtenteils ungepflasterte Straße (Sandpiste!) zieht sich von unten im Tal, in dem das Besucherzentrum und die Cottages (Gästehütten) liegen auf das Hochplateau über dem Canyon wo man Catland, Dogtown und das Bunnyhouse findet. The mostly unpaved sand track leads from the canyon floor where the Welcome Center and the cottages are located up to the plateau where Catland, Dogtown and the Bunny House are. Angel Village

Auf der Hochebene über dem Canyon liegt Angel Village, ein Gebäudekomplex in dem sich ausser verschiedenen Büros auch die Kantine (Küche und Speisesaal, $3 pro vegetarischem oder veganischem Mittagessen) befindet.
